Slow

I will never order from ecklers again very slow 3 days before part was shipped if they put more effort into there shipping instead of sending countless emails to buy there stuff maybe they could be better

Total fraud

Ordered a coolant recovery tank for a 84 Camaro on 8/12 that was listed as in stock and received an oder confirmation number via email at 12:27pm. At 1:34 pm I received another email telling me I still had an item in my cart. Card had already been charged for the part and the order had already been completed. Again, another email at the same time on the 13th and again on the 16th. Today is the 23rd and no part. No answer from support, just the standard canned reply. This place is a total fraud and scam. Next step is to file a complaint with the Florida AG and the BBB. Thankfully it was only $39, but how many people gave they soaked for more? Time to shut the place down for good. Break out the torches and pitchforks!

Very Poor Company

Very Poor Company, i came to usa to buy a classic car, wanted to take some parts to be shipped with the car. Mailed in advanced to ask if products are in stock and how long it would take to get items shipped, since i only had a few days, they mailed me that all items were in stock and it would take up to 5 business days to deliver. So ordered on their site. Nothing came (products in stock mentioned on site).. after 2 weeks still nothing, i was back in Europe. Called their support, and they told me they just mention things to be in stock to get the sale... Really not happy how they manage their company policy... cancelled and asked for a refund. Took another 2,5 weeks to get my money back... Never again i would buy from them again.

Misleading Stock, Changing Prices

After more than 3 weeks of waiting for an "in stock" part to ship, I checked back to see that they had increased the price of the part by over 80% and still listed it as "in stock."

I called in to cancel said order, which was very smooth and easy (good customer service there), and placed an order at another vendor who shipped the same product out in two days.

I understand supply chain issues are huge right now, but transparency needs to be first and foremost with companies to customers to ensure expectations are aligned. In this case, they were not, hence my review rating.

Item delayed from Distributor

Three items on same order. Two smaller items came timely but 1 item (valve stem caps) very poor quality. Main item needed a seat cushion replacement not yet received. Ecklers Customer Service advised seat cushion would drop ship directly from distributor - Could or would not provide distributor contact info, tracking order, etc and stated “could be up to 2 weeks before received.” Not Good. Not Happy.

Horrible site and non-existent customer service.

Billed my credit card for parts then canceled with no notice or call. I phoned them and got such an attitude from the girl then she tried putting me on hold, I was told that it was IT problem and that I needed to resubmit my order, I did and it happened again. This is not a company to do business with and I will not support them. I'm going to find another vender with better customer service

Worst place to deal with

Ordered emblems from them still nothing ask for a refund and nothing called them 4 times still nothing BEWARE DONT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT SHOP HERE!

SERIOUSLY AVOID! I ordered a part from this company on 5/24/2022 and it said it was available, in stock and would be able to ship in 3-7 business days. Two weeks later with no shipment or tracking, I call the company and they said that its actually 70-75 days to ship. Are you serious? I have missed multiple car shows that depended on this part being delivered in a timely manner and I would had NEVER had ordered it, had they disclosed this. Ecklers has severely disappointed me and let me down. As Ray said in another review, "I feel this type of service is deceitful and unacceptable. I will not do business with this vendor again," and I 100% agree. I can see by the other reviews that this is typical of Eckler's and I beg you to please stay away!

1956 Chevy Fail and We Are Out $2,500 A Year Later Still

Highly disappointed with Eckler's. We had good interactions in the past for our classic cars and corvettes before they sold the company to new leadership prior to 2006. We called Eckler's directly to order an interior kit for our 1956 Chevy. The associate ordered the kit that they said that we needed after we told them what model we had. The kit arrived and was missing parts. We decided to try to move forward with what we had. The upholsterer put the front seat on and it was fine. He went to put the back seat on and it did not fit and had "dog ears" in the top corners and was too short. I contacted Eckler's and they said we as the customers ordered the wrong kit. We spent over $2,500 on this kit... the kit that they told us we needed. We have been fighting this to either get the right product or the refund for a year now. We have dealt with several representatives, two of which no longer work for the company. They asked us to send back the product and said it would be ok to send without the front seat. They said they would deduct the cost of the front seat from the kit. They said they would send return labels to us. We had four boxes to return. They sent us one shipping label. I had to contact them again to get three more return labels. That took another week to get three more labels. Then they told me they did not receive all four boxes. Luckily I saved my tracking numbers and provided them with the dates, times, and who received each box. They still to this date have not provided a refund and we are still fighting this. We sent back all boxes and items with exception of the front seat (which they agreed they would deduct from the refund). We still do not have the product and we are out the nearly $2,500 that we spent also. We have also been unable to enjoy our classic car for the past year. Eckler's are not classic car people. If they were, they would understand and have rectified the situation long ago. Nest step if we do not have a refund as promised by Wednesday is calling our credit card company and our lawyer. We've been more than patient. If you call a company to order something they should order the right items for you and ship the entire contents. We have missed three big car shows so far and may miss two more.

I would rate 0 stars if it allowed me…

I would rate 0 stars if it allowed me to. Tried to order a good amount of parts from ecklers corvette and had nothing but issues. Half were back ordered and the few that were sent were the wrong parts. I spent several hours on hold waiting for customer service help. Now 7 months later I got a part that o had cancelled sent to me and my credit card charged. I called ( only spent 30 minutes on hold ) and they don’t know how or why this happened. They did say I will have to return it for my credit and it may take a while because they are short staffed. I would not order another part from ecklers even if they were free. Total incompetence and 0 customer service concern.

Because they use every body's money till they ask for a refund and then take 2 months to give it back

They are terrible. Call your credit card company and cancel now! I promise you'll be glad you did!

Hold of customer service is not so bad like to get manager on the phone. Customer service associates are helpless.
